Delivery Information

From January 2025 our minimum order value for free delivery is £250+vat. Orders placed less than this value will be subject to a small order handling and transport fee of £5.25. This is part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint, by ensuring that every delivery is maximised.

Orders are despatched either via our own van delivery service, or via third party carrier.
Our own vans cover the South East England area shown on the map, on a 4 weekly delivery cycle. Customers within this South East area can either order in time for the scheduled 4 weekly van run, or at anytime, to receive their order on the third party carrier.

Customers located outside the South East region will receive their delivery via the third party carrier.

Order despatched via third party carrier are normally received within 48 hours of being placed.

Free delivery applies to all orders over £250 delivered within the UK, with the exception of UK Islands (such as Shetland, Orkney and the Hebrides) and some areas of the Scottish Highlands, which are subject to a surcharge.  If this applies to your geographical location, please contact us to find out the charges applicable.
